As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to emerge, our upmost priority is the safety of our clients, staff and patients.  In efforts to reduce transmission and in accordance with state and local health directives, we will only be allowing curbside pick-up of medications and drop off appointments for essential reasons which include sick patients, euthanasias, and puppy/kitten vaccines. This will be effective on Monday March 23^rd, 2020.

When you drive up to the clinic, please call the office at 856-983-9440 and a receptionist will take a history. A masked staff member will then come out and meet you at your car to bring your animal inside the building. Please practice social distancing of 6 feet or more as much as possible. Once your pet is brought into the building, a veterinarian will examine your pet. Be prepared to pick up your cellphone because the doctor may need to communicate a diagnostic plan with you.

Cats, rabbits, and rodents must be brought in carriers or cages. This is to reduce the danger of escape or injury.

We appreciate your cooperation during this stressful time, and we will continue to serve the community the best we can in protecting your animal’s health and the health of our clients and staff. We also have telemedicine appointments available to help reduce exposure.

If you are sick with coronavirus-like symptoms, or anyone in your house is sick, or you have tested positive for coronavirus, please notify us in advance.
